Good Couple Meat and Vegetables Benefits for a Healthy Life

Any nutritionist will say that meat is ideally combined with vegetables, and it is very useful for digestion. But the dish for the child should be not only healthy, but also tasty. Therefore, we bring to your attention new proven recipes.

Ingredients: 150 g of beef, 1 tbsp. l grains of milk ripeness, 1 tbsp. l grated onions and carrots, 1 tbsp. bread crumbs, 3 tbsp. l milk, 12 quail eggs, a sprig of dill

Grind the meat thoroughly in a blender and mix with corn grains, onions and carrots. For the little ones, we stuff the minced meat together with the corn. Add the breadcrumbs moistened with milk and quail eggs. Season with finely chopped dill. We sculpt 10-12 meatballs from the resulting mass. Steam for 30 minutes. Garnish boiled vegetables.

4 small strong tomatoes, young zucchini, 2 sweet peppers, 1 tbsp. l ghee, onion, 350 g ground beef, 0.5 tsp each. paprika and a mixture of dried herbs (basil, parsley, marjoram, thyme, rosemary), 2 eggs, 100 g of grated mozzarella, chopped garlic clove, salt, pepper

Cut the “caps” from the tomatoes and take out the seeds. Zucchini cut into thick circles, cut out the middle. Cut the pepper in half along and clean. In oil, lightly fry finely chopped onions, add minced meat, season with herbs, spices, pour 3 tbsp. l water and simmer under the lid until soft. We spread the minced meat in cups of vegetables, add a little bit of slightly beaten eggs, seasoned with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with a mixture of cheese and garlic, close the tomatoes with cut “caps”. We grease the bottom of the mold with oil, put the prepared vegetables and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
